Right of withdrawal (return for a refund)

You have 14 days from delivery to decide whether to keep your products.

• How it works: you can return any item, including items on sale.

• Cost: to offer a fast express courier pickup directly from your home, a €10 handling fee applies.

Note: if you choose a Discount Voucher (with no expiry date) instead of a refund to your card, we will cover the €10 handling fee in full.

• Conditions: swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear, must not have been washed, and the tag and hygiene liner must be intact.

Email us at befrubikinistyle@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply straight away with the courier instructions.

BIKINI RETURN RULES

As these are intimate garments, for hygiene reasons and fairness to all our customers we can only accept returns that meet the following requirements:

• Items and packaging are in their original condition.

• Items have not been washed or worn.

• The adhesive hygiene liner has not been removed or tampered with.

• Items still have their original label and tag.
